The website Transition into Parenthood has been extensively designed and developed by Melissa Freeman, after we had agreed that my old website was outdated and needed to be scrapped completely and replaced with a much more user friendly and efficient website.
From the commencement Melissa provided comprehensive guidelines and together we worked to create a site to fulfil the needs of the client in a logical and easy to follow format. Every step of the way Melissa was polite, efficient, clear, extraordinary patient and kind when I didn't understand certain concepts having never been involved with website development before.
As with all things is great to get an expert to be by one's side while trying to take on a totally new area and make sense of it as rapidly as possible to save time and money, fortunately Melissa appreciates this and knows how to guide in an effective way.
Together we marked up what needed to be on the website and then step by step Melissa trained me to take over and control the website myself which I have been able to do confidently.
